What camera do you provide? ▼
We typically install Reolink or Hikvision cameras depending on your location and environment (outdoor, indoor, marine, PTZ). All cameras are 1080p or higher, weatherproofed where needed, and pre-configured — you just plug them in.
What internet speed do I need? ▼
5 Mbps upload is the minimum we recommend. 10+ Mbps gives you a more stable HD stream. Most home and business connections easily meet this. We can run a quick speed test during onboarding.
Do I need to be technical? ▼
No. The camera arrives pre-configured. You plug it into power and ethernet. That's literally it. Our team handles everything else — streaming server setup, monitoring, and restarts if anything hiccups.
Can I use my own camera or existing stream? ▼
Yes. If you're already streaming on YouTube, Windy, EarthCam, or your own RTMP/HLS server, we can list your feed with no hardware swap. Select "I have my own camera/stream" in the application form.
What happens if my internet goes down? ▼
We monitor all feeds 24/7 and automatically retry the stream. If a feed goes offline, viewers see an offline indicator. Once your connection is restored, the stream resumes automatically — no action needed on your end.
What does the daily analytics dashboard show? ▼
You'll see viewer counts, peak hours, geographic breakdown of viewers, and session lengths — updated daily. This is your own private dashboard, not shown publicly.
Can I remove my camera later? ▼
Yes, any time. For partner-installed cameras, we'll arrange pickup of the equipment. For listed streams, we remove your feed within 24 hours of request. No lock-in, no penalty.
